Can a Probate, Once Closed, Be Opened?

Yes.  If the court finds that other property of the estate has been discovered, or if there are other facts that in the view of the court warrant issuance of new Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration, then a probate may be reopened.  RCW 11.76.250.
